On the morning of March 25, 2023, Night & Day Security Service Co., Ltd. held its Grassroots Trade Union Congress for the term 2023 – 2028. Held at Tan Binh District Labor Culture House, No. 02, Nguyen Hien Le Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Tran Quang – Standing Member of the Confederation of Labor of Tan Binh district, Chairman of the Board of Directors sine General Director of the Company Mr. Luu Xuan Tue, branch secretary of the company Mr. Nguyen Cao Tu, trade union chairman Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia and vice chairman Ms. Tran Le Dung along with more than 70 delegates who are trade union members of the company.
The Grassroots Trade Union Congress of Night & Day Security Service Co., Ltd. for the term 2023-2028 aims to summarize and evaluate the trade union movement and activities for the term 2017-2023, thereby setting out the direction of trade union tasks for the term 2023-2028 and electing a new Executive Committee of the Trade Union (BCHC) to lead the implementation of trade union tasks for the term 2023-2028.
Mr. Nguyen Tran Quang – Standing Member of the Labor Federation of Tan Binh district, said that leading the Congress, through the term 2017-2022, the grassroots trade union of Night & Day Security Service Company has taken care of material and spiritual life and supervised the implementation of policies and regimes for wildlife. At the same time, propose the timely and full implementation of policies related to trade union members, actively implement the company’s movements and campaigns; Consolidate and build stronger trade unions.
Đồng chí Nguyễn Hữu Nghĩa – chủ tịch công đoàn công ty phát biểu đánh giá cao sự cố gắng nỗ lực của BCHCĐ và toàn thể đoàn viên, người lao động trong cơ quan, sự nỗ lực cố gắng đó đã góp phần củng cố, nâng cao vị thế của tổ chức Công đoàn. Đồng thời, đồng chí cũng chỉ ra một số tồn tại hạn chế như: các chương trình công tác xã hội chưa được tổ chức nhiều vì còn hạn chế về thời gian do tập trung vào công việc chưa dành nhiều thời gian cho hoạt động đoàn. Các hoạt động Công đoàn chưa có nhiều sự đổi mới về nội dung và hình thức hoạt động.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia – Chairman of the Trade Union of the company expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Board of Directors and all union members and employees in the agency, that effort has contributed to strengthening and enhancing the position of the Trade Union. At the same time, he also pointed out some limitations such as: social work programs have not been organized much because of limited time due to focusing on work and not spending much time on union activities. Trade union activities have not had much innovation in content and form of operation.
With the spirit of building a strong grassroots trade union under the guidance of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the guidance of the Tan Binh District Labor Confederation; The company’s grassroots trade union has directed its activities to trade union groups according to the Security Team, constantly improving the sense of responsibility of the guard, the beautiful and friendly bodyguard, and at the same time developing operation regulations, coordinating between the company’s leaders and the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union close to the work situation of the unit to provide services reputable and quality protection throughout the country.
At the Congress, delegates confidently elected the Board of Directors of grassroots Colleges for the term 2023-2028 including 05 comrades including comrades named Tran Le Dung, Truong Thi Thuong, Nguyen Thi Cuc, Tran Nhu Y and Comrade Nguyen Van Hieu.The President of the trade union will be elected at the first session of the term 2023-2028.
The Night & Day Security Guard Company’s grassroots trade union congress was a success. In the spirit of solidarity and creativity, as a mass organization representing the legitimate interests of employees, it is hoped that the new grassroots Trade Union Committee will continue to promote the activities of grassroots trade unions, helping to take better care of the spiritual and material life of employees. At the same time, contributing to the overall development of Night & Day Security Service Company more and more strongly.
