1. Purpose and scope of collection:
The Company collects Customer information through signing contracts, exchanging via email or phone, and even when Customers provide information directly at the Company’s office. This is the information that NIGHT & DAY SECURITY LLC requests Customers to provide to ensure the interests of the Company’s Customers, and at the same time serve as a basis for the Company to take better care of Customers.2. Scope of information use:
NIGHT & DAY SECURITY COMPANY LIMITED uses the information provided by Customers to: Providing services to Customers. Send notifications about information exchange activities between the Customer and the Company. Contact and resolve with Customers in special cases. Do not use Customer information other than for confirmation and contact related to sales transactions with the Company. In case required by Law: NIGHT & DAY SECURITY COMPANY LIMITED is responsible for cooperating in providing Customer information upon request from Judicial Agencies including: Procuracy, Court, Agencies Police investigation related to certain Law violations by the Customer. In addition, no one has the right to violate Customer information.3. Information storage period:
Customer information will be stored at NIGHT & DAY SECURITY LLC until requested by the Customer to cancel. In all remaining cases, Customer information will be kept confidential in a Customer information management program of DAY & NIGHT SECURITY COMPANY LIMITED.4. 5. Means and tools for users to access and edit their personal data:
If the Customer has a change in information and needs to be adjusted or updated, the Customer can provide new information to NIGHT & DAY SECURITY LLC via phone, email and request the Company to make corrections. again. Customers have the right to send complaints about disclosure of Customer information to third parties to the Company’s Management Department via email: nds.hcm@nightdaysecurity.com. The Company will receive these responses and confirm them. Receive the information back and be responsible for answering the reason to the Customer.6. Commitment to protecting customer information:
The Company’s Customer information will be committed to absolute confidentiality according to the information protection policy of NIGHT & DAY SECURITY COMPANY LIMITED. The collection and use of each Customer’s information is only carried out with that Customer’s consent, unless otherwise prescribed by Law.- Do not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party Customer information without prior consent from the Customer.
- In case the information storage device is attacked by a hacker or virus leading to loss of Customer data, NIGHT & DAY SECURITY LLC will be responsible for handling and notifying the Customer.
- Absolute confidentiality of all customer transaction information with NIGHT & DAY SECURITY COMPANY LIMITED.
- NIGHT & DAY SECURITY COMPANY LIMITED requires Customers when contacting to make purchases at the Company to provide all relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, phone, phone number. account, …., and is responsible for the legality of the above information. NIGHT & DAY SECURITY COMPANY LIMITED will not be responsible nor resolve any complaints related to the Customer’s rights if it considers that all information provided by the Customer when purchasing is inaccurate.
