We had the opportunity to talk with a special Party member during the Party admissions ceremony at Night & Day Security Services Company LTD. As the passionate team captain of the SG-26 team in Ho Chi Minh City, Lê Huỳnh Phương Vũ is a leader who does his best for his work and teammates, and always excellently completing assigned tasks.
He was evaluated by the Board of Directors and the staff at the security target as a close leader, with the will to improve and progress at work. He was born in 1990 in Da Phuoc, Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh City. In 2015, he started working at Night & Day Security Services Company LTD as a security guard. With his excellence at work, after only 4 months, he became the shift captain of the SG-09 team’s target site. After nearly 1 year of service, in 2016, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Captain of SG-09. With enthusiasm and wholehearted dedication for his job, v3 months later, he became Team Captain of SG-25 and Professional Development Officer of NDS. Up to now, with his ceaseless efforts to contribute, he has been assigned by the Board of Directors to manage the SG-26 Team.
Although the initial steps at NDS were small, comrade Le Huynh Phuong Vu tried to rise up, constantly learning to achieve his current success. Realizing his enthusiasm and effort, he was considered by the Board of Directors of the Company to join the Party and contribute to the nation in general and the NDS in particular.
On September 25, 2020, he received the honor of being admitted to the Party. The Board of Directors also expressed that Mr. Le Huynh Phuong Vu has managed the Head Office of Nam A Bank extremely effectively and provided quality security services to the bank. With his effort, NDS was chosen by Nam A Bank to provide security services at numerous branches and transaction offices throughout Ho Chi Minh City.
In October 2018, Nam A Bank held a contest for all security guards nationwide called “Considerate – Dedicated – Professional Security Guards”. Comrade Le Huynh Phuong Vu excellently overcame hundreds of other security guards and won First Place, excellently received the title of the most considerate, dedicated, and professional security guard awarded by Nam A Bank.
Mr. Vu also added, “At Night & Day Security Services Company, not only I, but also all other captains (more than 50 captains in HCMC) are very professional and dedicated. We constantly have to develop ourselves, finish all assigned work with passion and care to avoid mistakes. In particular, the captain is the bridge connecting NDS, employees, and customers, hence the captain must communicate well, convey accurate information between the parties, and this is the skill that the captain must continuously improve. At the target, the team captain works directly with the customer, so whatever problems the team has, the captain must grasp all, and fix it as soon as possible.”
Having been with NDS for more than 5 years, Mr. Vu said that the environment at NDS is excellent and sustainable. The Board of Directors of the Company always creates great conditions for employees to strive and they take care very well of the employees. He also sees that it is evident that company always provides the best environment and hopes that employees will have a long-term commitment with NDS.
