On Saturday, November 14, 2020, the bank closed and professional officers of NDS went directly to BIDV Truong Son Branch for on-the-spot training and skills training for employees regarding fire prevention, how to use a fire extinguisher, how to first aid, style and communicate with customers. Before that on October 21, 2020, also at this branch, thanks to good professionalism, NDS guards detected and arrested the object of breaking into BIDV bank, then assigned the competent force to handle according to legal regulations.
