  At present, Night & Day Security Services Co., Ltd has grown into a big company with more than 10 branches and offices nationwide from Ha Noi to Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, HCMC, Tay Ninh, Binh Phuoc, Long An, Vinh Long, Can Tho,…and with the headcount of almost 4000 employees. Each person has his/her own diverse culture, so keeping and developing the cultural indentity of Night&Day Security is not really simple, which is paid a special attention to in the sustainable development strategy of the company by the management.
One of the solutions to the business culture building strategy is “Code of Conduct and Culture of Night & Day”, that is, workstyle and communication, staff relation, communication with the superior, the subordinate, colleagues, and relation with partners, local authorities, media,… ; As a result, to know their position clearly and have a right conduct in accordance with laws and the company regulations.

According to Mr Ngo Chi Hieu – Director General, “The service quality is the quality of security guards”, the NDS guards must have the full standards: “Personality, Good deed, Intelligence, Trust, Bravery” in addition to other elements, so the slogan: “Drill virtue and practise talent to deserve a guard” is drilled in a scientific way and applied creatively in performance of tasks by the whole staff of Night & Day.
