The ceremony was attended by Mr Luu Xuan Tue – Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director, Mr. Ngo Chi Hieu – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Directors: Tran Van, Tran Viet Lam, Nguyen Hung Huy, Heads of representative offices: Tan Binh, East Saigon, North Saigon and all departments.

In addition, in the complicated context of the Covid-19 Pandemic, in compliance with the Prime Minister’s regulation on maximum gathering of people, the ceremony was held with the participation of Branch Directors, Head of Representative Office, nearly 200 team captains, team leaders, area managers and especially more than 500 excellent examples (including advanced staff and staff with more than 5 years of experience) join online via Microsoft’s Teams online video software.
2021 is the most fierce year affected by the Covid -19 pandemic in Việt Nam. However, thanks to solidarity, consensus and determination, all employees of Night & Day company have overcome all difficulties to reach the end of the 2021 plan with respectable results as follows:
* Revenue reached 83% of the plan, an increase of 5% compared to 2020, average income increased from 3% to 8%.
* Scale of personnel: Increase by 4% compared to 2020; The current number of the whole corporation is nearly 7000 employees
* Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control: Strictly complying with government regulations and directives; Responsible support for epidemic prevention and control at protection targets in an effective and safe way
* Quality control: Despite difficulties due to the epidemic, the rate of employees violating discipline is not much, material risks are negligible, the percentage of customers satisfied with Night & Day security service increased by 80% compared to the same period with 2020!
* In addition, the whole corporation has contributed and supported the Covid-19 prevention fund nearly 200 million. The cost of wages and meals for employees affected by the epidemic is up to 2.6 billion VND, of which customers support more than 900 million VND.
