Professional Training Before Deployment
As part of the security training – professional guards, Night & Day Security Company regularly organizes professional training – training courses for guards before deploying at security sites.
On June 30, 2020, at NDS main office, officials and professional department organized a special training session for more than 30 security guards, with topics as follow:
1. Rescue plans, first aid skills, wound treatment skills
2. Fire protection training
3. Professional skills training at the security site
4. Professional security guards’ behavior and situation handling skills
The content of the lesson is compiled and researched based on the field situation at the security site, including theory content and scenario practice (officers integrate scenarios for guards to practice on the spot). After that, NDS professional officer will check and test the guards after the lesson as well as plan additional training courses for weak employees immediately.
With the knowledge and skills equipped by professional officers, 30 NDS guards successfully completed the course and test, ready to be in their positions.
